We just wanted to pause briefly and say thank you to all the families we have been supporting during this difficult time; they have been so understanding. It is heartbreaking that we can't give our families the funerals they would wish for their loved ones and we know that some of the restrictions are very difficult to negotiate. We are continuing to work together to provide the best support and service we can at the present moment.
Thank you also to our team, who have pulled together so amazingly and are working under some tough circumstances.
