Roll up roll up
The sun certainly had its hat on for this year's Crowborough Hospital Fete - held, traditionally, on the August Bank Holiday Monday. As usual, it was the place to be for secondhand books, bric-a-brac and preloved clothes, mixed with stalls, cake and a real community vibe.
All those bottles and tins which the good people have been collecting for Crowborough Lions went down well as normal and there was a queue to 'Cut the Cards' most of the afternoon.
It's wonderful to see how well supported this event is every year.
